William and Justine Griffith were born in the Pacific Northwest, and they first met in Bend, Oregon. They’ve been married since 2013 and have always dreamed of a life where they get to work together—and now, that’s been made possible through real estate. Prior to real estate, William worked in the tech industry for over fifteen years and developed a strong passion for serving others, creating memorable experiences, and helping people navigate through challenges. Justine dedicated over a decade to healthcare, specifically medical clinics, rehab, memory, and in-home care. During this time, she developed a passion for business development through her experience in leading and growing a team of skilled and compassionate leaders, empowering staff, and advocating for clients and their families. She learned that these are universal skills, which she has since applied to real estate. Before moving to Texas, William and Justine spent many years volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association and MLS & ALS foundations, as well as participating in Relay for Life. More recently, they have served in the local Chambers to welcome new and established businesses to develop their community and to be an integral part of their small slice of Texas. Additionally, they initiated a local neighborhood social committee to plan fun events, support neighbors, and foster a stronger sense of community.
